The time has come for another round of our Q+A series here on the podcast.

I do my best to get to as many of these as I can via email, the comment section, or over on Discord for the Patreon group but there are always some topics that need a bit more love than others.

In this episode we go over On Set practices, the director/dp relationship, a faux pas involving juice, and a whole lot more.

Enjoy!

Commercial Cinematography: The Foundation Course

If you are interested in Commercial Cinematography and getting the most out of Pre-Production than this course is for you.

In the course I lay out a step by step plan of action to get on commercial production radars and raise the level of your projects by maximising the prep time you have at your disposal.

Patreon Podcast - The Big Interior

For the Compare/Contrast series this week we are looking at big interior spaces with lots of people, lots of angles, lots of coverage.  We are looking at hearings and how two cinematographers tackled the issues these scenes create.

The first movie is Flight shot by Don Burgess ASC and The Irishman shot by Rodrigo Prieto ASC.

Both beautifully done but approached very differently.  Lots to learn in this one.
