This week on the podcast we chat with Australian director Glendyn Ivin.

Glendyn shares his story on how he broke into the industry, his path towards commercials, and his technique for managing expectations and collaborators.

I've followed Glendyn's work for a number of years and it was a real treat to get a chance to speak to him and learn more about his approach.

Patreon Podcast - Set Management and Time Savers

This week on the Patreon podcast we go over listener questions about past podcast set ups and breakdowns plus I lay out some ways to help save time on set and give you a better chance at getting the images you are after.

Patreon support helps keep this show going and I couldn't continue to put out new content each week without it. In turn for becoming a supporter of the show I put up extended podcasts for Patreon listeners.

You can gain access to all the extended podcasts that aren't available anywhere else online simply by becoming a supporter.

Check out the Wandering DP Patreon page and if you do decide to become a member please know that I truly appreciate the support.

Hey Patrick, just a quick note to say that your podcasts are definitely the most informative and instructive sources of DoP info on the net. My question today is why does no one use the waveform instead of false colors in judging exposure levels and ratios? In my very limited experience, they’re useful in applying what you teach, so why does no one use them? Thanks, as usual, for you tremendous help!
