Well, well, well look what we got here ladies and gents.
For the second time ever in the history of the podcast we have fallen victim to the old head fake. We had a ripper of an episode ready to rock but alas it wasn't meant to be.
So for your listening pleasure this week we are revisiting a 2017 classic with Australian director Glendyn Ivin. Since this podcast Glendyn has gone from strength to strength in the narrative world and if you have missed a project here or there I highly suggest you give them a watch.
Enjoy this throwback episode and we will be back at it again next week!
Advanced Cinematography: Location Lighting
The latest course is now live.
Follow along from the prep to all of the on set lighting inside a virtual world. Using the latest pre-viz technology you can come on set and look through the camera as we light and shoot a tvc from start to finish.
This style of cinematography education is the future of where it is all going and I am very proud of the material. If you have ever been interested to see the Framework in action this is the perfect opportunity.
The course is designed to show you every decision I make along the way, when I make them, and lays out why I operate that way. It may not be the best way but it has worked for me.
If you are interested in seeing the Framework in action I highly suggest you check it out:
Patreon Breakdown - Red Notice
What does a Blockbuster Movie look like in 2021?
This week's Patreon Breakdown is the best example I was able to track down as we look at Red Notice shot by cinematographer Markus Forderer ASC, BVK.
Action sequences, serious camera moves, and a bunch of the Framework in action in this one.
