Listen to the Podcast

This week on the podcast we sit down with filmmaker Ryan Booth and chat about his experience developing, shaping, and shooting his latest narrative short "The Heights".

Ryan will be a familiar name to most of you and in this episode he shares what this process was like for him and how some things never change regardless of budget or talent.

Patreon Podcast: Listener Q's & Going Live

On the patreon podcast this week we are answering some questions from supporters as well as talking about the future of the Patreon group.

As I mention in the main broadcast I finally have the Live stream set up that I think is going to be the most effecient and I am hoping to launch that in the coming weeks.

You can listen to the podcast here:

Patreon Podcast: Listener Q's and Going Live

Doing a live video show will allow Patrons and myself to interact, take direct questions, and hopefully let me explain ideas and concepts in a more thorough manner.

If you are a patreon supporter make sure you go vote on which day you'd like to see the streams.

You are doing a great job with the podcast + breaking down of shots. Wish you more success.

Another great double digit podcast. Nice to hear Ryan talk through his thought process. Audio quality was top notch btw. As always, keep up the good work. Thanks!

Hi Patrick. Wondering if you ever demonstrated the dynamic range test that you and Ian were talking about at the end of episode 71?

Really great to hear Ryan share his wisdom!!
Looking forward to those live streams on Alexa!!

The smallhd color calibration can only be done with their dedicated $350 color probe. You can’t use an existing color probe unfortunately.
Also their probe only works with smallhd, can’t use it for computers too…

Do you know if it is any good though? I can’t find any independent reviews.
Think of buying the 503 with the probe, thats why I ask.
